SoS provides operational staffing drawn from international maritime SAR experience across multiple aquatic rescue organisations. Personnel hold current right to work in the EU, US and AU, and are willing to relocate globally for staffing or temporary roles in first-response, operations, research and consulting.

Crew and small-boat operators for rescue boat stations and commercial response vessels.
Radio watch / dispatch
Watchstanders and dispatchers for coastal radio and coordination watches.
Maritime On-Scene Coordinator
Trained OSC support for exercises, incidents, and coordination cover.
Entry-level RCC personnel
Support roles within rescue coordination centres.
Station support
Experienced rescue boat station personnel for temporary or seasonal cover.
Boat captain services
Licensed captains for delivery, charter support, safety cover, and vessel operations.
