Services and Engagements
Day rates and deposits for people-delivered work. Deposits are credited against the agreed scope — SoS will contact you after payment to confirm dates and details. Prices exclude travel and accommodation unless indicated and where applicable. All sales are final.
Hands-On Maritime SAR Training
Small-boat (<36ft/12m LOA) and jet ski (PWC) handling, basic seamanship & boat-crew duties, on-scene coordination (osc), and boat-based emergency scenarios — delivered on site with your crew. Customer provides the boat(s) and venue. Customer provides funding for travel (flight). 1 day = 8 hours. 150 USD per hour beyond the day.

Human factors, ethical leadership, and healthy-teams consulting, including the Fear-Aware Method and psychosocial safety guidance.
Team Health Review
A structured review of your team's health and workplace psychosocial safety, with written findings and practical recommendations. 10 hours, including time to develop report. All sales final; no refunds.
Talk or Presentation
Maritime SAR 101, Small-boat rescue operations, boat-based emergencies, or human factors — for your team or management, live or online. Contact to discuss bespoke Talks. Maximum 3 hour talk, or 2 talks on distinct days.
Staffing & Personnel — Booking Deposit
Reserve rescue boat personnel, a small-boat on-scene coordinator, or a radio watchstander. The deposit is credited against the final engagement.
Research Commission — Deposit
Commission bespoke research. Scope agreed before work begins. Sample topics of interest: Boat operations; Water safety and maritime SAR; Regulatory gaps and reforms; Workplace trauma in SAR; Psychosocial safety in SAR; Volunteer rights; Interdisciplinary research; astronautical and maritime; Future concepts. 1000 deposit covers 10 hours of time-spent (work, discussions with client, review of material provided). 200 USD per hour after 10 hours.
Writing & Content Creation
Study guides, operations manuals, reports, reviews, and presentation decks written to your brief. Up to 7 hours of work.
